Agreement to Terms

By engaging M&J Bail Bonds services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all court requirements, and applicable state and federal laws governing bail bonds.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the defendant appears at all required court dates and proceedings.
• Maintain open communication with our agents throughout the bond period.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
• Notify us immediately of any change of address, employment, or contact information.

Failure to Appear

Failure to appear in court may result in bond forfeiture, additional recovery costs, and potential civil liability for the indemnitor. M&J Bail Bonds reserves the right to locate and surrender the defendant as permitted by law.

Service Scope

M&J Bail Bonds provides bail bond services only. We do not provide legal advice. Clients should consult a licensed attorney for legal counsel regarding their case.
